Getting Started with CherryFill
CherryFill adds countdown timers and proctoring to your Tally forms, making them perfect for timed exams, assessments, and quizzes.
Quick Start
Follow these steps to create your first timed exam:
Create an Account
Sign up for a free CherryFill account. You'll get 3 timers and 30 submissions to start.
Connect Your Tally Account
Go to Settings > Integrations and connect your Tally.so account using your API key. This allows CherryFill to access your forms.
Create a Timer
Click 'New Timer' and select one of your Tally forms. Configure the duration, display style, and other settings.
Share Your Exam Link
Activate your timer and share the unique exam URL with your respondents. They'll see the countdown timer while completing your Tally form.
How It Works
CherryFill works by embedding your Tally form in a secure exam environment with a countdown timer:
- Respondents access your exam through a unique CherryFill URL
- They enter any required information (name, email, ID) before starting
- The countdown timer starts when they begin the exam
- Your Tally form appears below the timer for them to complete
- When they submit, CherryFill records the duration and links it to their Tally response
